Our Return Policy

  • Original packaging must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Kites and kitesurfing equipment (due to potential water exposure)
  • Personal accessories that have been opened or used

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:
