Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Kites and kitesurfing equipment (due to potential water exposure)
- Personal accessories that have been opened or used
- Custom or special-order items

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
